How to play
Tap on the character to begin their workout. The quicker your taps, the more easily your character will lift weights, perform pull-ups, and squat with a barbell. When using stationary bikes, holding down the tap allows for uninterrupted exercise. With every level up, your muscles grow slightly, and you gain points to enhance your strength and stamina.
