About game
Spider Solitaire is a popular choice among solitaire enthusiasts. Unlike many other games of chance, success in Spider Solitaire hinges more on your strategic thinking and careful evaluation of the cards at hand.
What sets Spider Solitaire apart is its variety of game modes, each with its own unique challenge. Whether you're up for a casual game with just one suit or seeking a real test of skill with all four suits in play, there's a mode for every level of expertise. Our version of the game uses a standard Russian deck for those who want an authentic experience.
How to play
The goal of the game is to get rid of all the cards on the table.
The game uses two standard decks of playing cards. The first deck is laid out face down in ten columns, with only the top card visible. Another 50 cards are put in the deck located in the lower right corner.
If at least one of the columns is empty, you can't deal cards from the bottom deck. When you click on the lower deck, a single card is added to each column.
You need to collect cards in columns from King to Ace.
A card at the top of any column can be moved to the next highest card, regardless of suit. It can also be moved to an empty space. If a group of cards of the same suit is in order, it can be moved as one card.
Cards are automatically removed from the table when a row contains a set of ordered cards from King to Ace of the same suit.
To start a new game, press the green button. The leaderboard shows the number of wins in solitaire (four suits).
