Remain on guard! Not all brainrots seeking treatment are ordinary patients. Examine each visitor thoroughly, seek out unusual signs, and ensure no anomalies slip by.
But danger could already be present... Objects, rooms, and even the hospital can unexpectedly change. Be watchful of your environment and don’t overlook anything odd.
How to play
**Controls** **PC:** - W, A, S, D — character movement; - Space — jump; - Right mouse button — hold and move the mouse to adjust camera angle; - E — interact with patients and objects; - SHIFT — run. **Mobile:** - Left joystick — character movement; - Swipe on the right side of the screen — rotate the camera; - Arrow button — jump; - Hand icon — interact; - Item icon — use an item. **Game objective** Admit patients with brainrot and thoroughly examine each one. If everything's normal, provide treatment and keep going. If you spot anything unusual, don't admit the patient! Stay vigilant — odd things can happen in the hospital at any time. Survive as many shifts as you can! The more shifts you survive, the higher you'll rank on the leaderboard. Challenge your friends and other players, and aim for a new record!Game info
