In this turn-based economic strategy game, where every match is a unique adventure, you'll have to compete with a smart AI by buying up plots of land, constructing buildings and starting profitable businesses. Random combinations of residential, business, and industrial neighborhoods await you, and complex decisions must be made to make your city thrive!
Plan your actions carefully, evaluating the profitability of businesses in different neighborhoods. Monitor your current balance sheet and forecast business profitability. Make decisions by building stores, offices or factories - use your logic and economic skills to become the richest tycoon!

- Buy land plots, buildings, open businesses and earn money. - The game is turn-based. After each turn, both players receive a small amount of money. - Each business earns a different income and for a different amount of time. - 1 real second = 1 game day. - The goal is to earn the specified amount of money faster than your opponent. - Increase the speed of earning income by opening businesses in the corresponding districts (the color of the business should match the color of the district). - Some businesses do not generate income in the wrong type of districts. - Buying 5 or more plots of land in the same district makes you the owner of the district and increases the income from all your businesses in that district. - When half of the blocks are sold out, the price of land, buildings and their upgrades increases 10 times. The income from all businesses that are located in the respective districts increases by a factor of 2, and the income from all others decreases by a factor of 2.Информация за играта
