You begin your journey as a novice trader with a single vessel and six distinct islands in your vicinity. Each island boasts its own specialties: some islands specialize in fishing and logging, while others offer spices and rum. Market prices fluctuate dynamically, varying by up to ±40%, requiring you to seek out profitable opportunities rather than relying on fixed patterns.
Your strategy: purchase goods at low prices, navigate the coastal trade routes, and sell at a profit. Profits can be reinvested to upgrade your fleet, increasing speed, cargo capacity, and hull quality—from a simple boat to a ketch, brig, fluyt, or galleon. You can manage up to five ships. Once you've optimized a route, set it to autopilot to earn income even when you're not actively playing.
Storms, demand spikes, and supply surpluses constantly reshape the trading landscape. Exploration reveals new locations like Cotton Shore and Smugglers Rock, while the trade charter boosts your revenue with a permanent bonus.

1. Choose an island on the map to view its market with prices for buying and selling goods. 2. Send a ship there. Trips take place in real time: it takes 20–30 seconds to reach neighbouring islands with the starting boat. 3. When the ship arrives, purchase the goods marked as inexpensive. The button will show you the exact deal amount. 4. Find an island that needs those goods and send your ship there. You'll see the expected profit before setting sail. 5. Sell the cargo — the difference in prices is your earnings. 6. Use your profit to upgrade: increase fleet speed, expand the hold capacity, buy another ship, or discover a new island. Helpful hints: «Produces» indicates low prices, «Wants» means high prices. Trading on the same island results in losses due to the trader's markup. After five manual trips between a pair of islands, you unlock autopilot — enable it in the Fleet tab. Earn $50,000 in a single run to get the trade charter: progress resets, but you'll get a permanent +15% revenue bonus.Информация за играта
