In City Builder — Mayor of the Megacity, you begin with a barren island and turn it into a bustling metropolis as the city's leader. You'll make all the decisions: from laying roads to developing districts.
Create the road network — corners and intersections will align automatically. Designate areas for housing, commerce, and industry, and see how the districts flourish based on the needs of the residents. Keep the balance between happiness, employment, and budget. Purchase adjacent territories to extend the boundaries of your city.
Consider the following:
* Taxes: increasing the rates will boost income, but may reduce happiness.

* Loans: borrow money for rapid growth and repay in installments.

Progress: as your population grows, your city earns ranks, unlocking new specialized districts and allowing you to build up reserves for crises and fires.
