Spielanleitung

Tap on the character to begin their workout. The quicker your taps, the more easily your character will lift weights, perform pull-ups, and squat with a barbell. When using stationary bikes, holding down the tap allows for uninterrupted exercise. With every level up, your muscles grow slightly, and you gain points to enhance your strength and stamina. Purchase new gear and supplements to build your muscles.
