2048 is a popular puzzle game in which the player's goal is to combine tiles with numbers to eventually get a tile with the number 2048. The game takes place on a 4x4 field, where each player's move causes all tiles to move in one of four directions — up, down, left or right. When two tiles with the same numbers collide, they combine into one, and the sum of the numbers on them doubles. Every action requires strategic thinking to prevent the field from filling up and stay in the game as long as possible. New tiles appear after each turn, which adds complexity, and if the entire field is filled, the game ends. Despite its simplicity, 2048 is addictive due to its balance between luck and tactics, offering players an interesting challenge.
