The aim of the game is to get as close to 21 points as possible without going over. Cards between 2 and 10 are worth their face value, while face cards (J, Q, K) are worth 10 points each. Aces can be worth either 1 or 11. If a player’s score exceeds 21 they lose their bet. If the dealer’s cards total over 21, the player wins. The game starts with the player receiving two cards face up. Based on these cards, the player decides if they want to take more cards or stand.
