Aim and shoot. Match balloons in groups of three or more to pop them. If you make a mistake, you will be fouled. 3 fouls and the field shrinks to the centre. If a single balloon is in the red area around the centre, you lose. Destroy all balloons of the same colour to prevent them from reappearing. Destroy all colours to win.
