«Financial Empire» is a captivating board game that embodies the essence of capitalism. It can be played with up to six players or against the computer. In this strategic game, players compete for control over valuable properties, striving to establish monopolies and drive their opponents into bankruptcy. The game commences with each participant receiving an initial amount of money and rolling dice to navigate the game board, which is comprised of various streets, train stations, and utility spaces. When a player lands on an unoccupied spot, they have the opportunity to purchase it. However, if the space is already owned by another player, they must pay rent. To emerge victorious in the game, one must aim to become the wealthiest player by bankrupting all other players. Achieving this goal requires a thoughtful approach to real estate development, constructing houses and hotels to increase rental income. Negotiations also play a crucial role in determining the outcome of the game. Deals involving the exchange and sale of real estate often prove to be decisive in securing victory. «Financial Empire», therefore, serves not only as an enjoyable pastime but also as a means to enhance skills in planning, negotiation, and resource management.

遊び方

When you first start playing, every participant gets the same amount of funds. In turn, each player rolls the dice and moves their token by the number of squares corresponding to what they rolled. The board is made up of spaces representing different properties or events. If a player lands on a space not owned by anyone else, they have the option to purchase it. However, if the space is already occupied, the player must pay rent to the owner. The key to success in "Financial Empire" lies in acquiring properties, forming monopolies over groups of matching-colored spaces, and constructing houses. The more houses you have on your properties, the more rent your opponents must pay you. Besides acquiring and selling properties, players can also engage in negotiations, exchanging properties, money, or agreeing to other terms. You lose the game if you no longer have enough money to cover your rent, taxes, or penalties. In such cases, you are declared bankrupt. The only player remaining with funds wins the round.
