You will step into the shoes of Stick, a demon slayer. Stick has arrived in the village of Tristram, where the village chief has reported some terrifying events. Your objective is to enter the mystical cathedral and vanquish all the evil spirits. Along the way you'll come across traps, gold, zombies, skeletons, a butcher, a witch, a deceased anarchist, and more. Two tales will unfold before you. The first recounts the legend of Diablo, while the second tells of the undead. In the former, your quest is to locate and defeat the monstrous Diablo. In the latter, you must annihilate the walking dead and the witch. Amidst the intense action, there are also humorous moments to enjoy.
