— Purchase land plots, buildings, start businesses, and generate revenue. — The game progresses in turns. After each turn, both players receive a small sum of money. — Each business yields a different amount of income for a varied duration. — 1 real second is equivalent to 1 day in the game. — Aim to accumulate the target sum before your opponent. — Accelerate your earnings by setting up businesses in matching districts (the business color should match the district). — Some businesses don't yield income in districts that don't suit them. — Acquiring 5 or more plots in the same district makes you the district owner, boosting the income of all your businesses there. — When half of the blocks are sold, the prices for land and buildings increase tenfold.
