Searching consumes energy, but you can replenish it by ending your turn (the "Next Day" button). This action restores your energy to maximum but consumes your second resource—gold. It's important to keep your gold balance positive. If it drops to "-100" (meaning you're in debt), you'll lose game. You can also craft potions by combining collected ingredients. Open the "Craft" menu, select the components, and click "Create". To earn gold, sell ingredients and potions to customers. Each day, new clients with specific requests will visit your shop. Try to fulfill their needs to maximize your profits and avoid falling into debt. Your main goal is to find the recipe for the Philosopher's Stone and create it.
