«They Are Coming» is an action-strategy game where you battle hordes of zombies in a side-scrolling world. In the «Defense» mode, you take on the role of a post-apocalyptic survivor tasked with protecting the orphanage from zombie attacks. You can buy weapons and tools to defend against the onslaught of undead.
The «Sandbox» mode allows you to experiment with different strategies and tactics without the fear of losing progress. Here, you have access to all unlocked items and can build powerful defenses against zombies.

Pick a game mode. In «Protection» mode you play as a survivor who returns to their orphanage to defend their siblings from the undead. Your objective is to construct a barrier using weapons and equipment that you can buy from the administrator. Every day you will encounter new groups of zombies, refining your protection. In «Play Area» mode, you are able to create barriers and try out techniques without the danger of losing. This mode helps you get to grips with the game and test various tactics. When playing in «Protection» mode, it is essential to build fortifications, guard towers and traps, using weapons that can be bought from the manager.
