**Goal of the game:** Capture all opposing pieces or block them so they cannot move. **Winning conditions:** Your opponent has no pieces left on the board, or all their remaining pieces are blocked and cannot make a move. **Pawn color selection:** The color of your pieces is randomly assigned before the start of the game. **Movement rules:** White always makes the first move. A regular pawn can only move diagonally forward to an open square. The queen, however, can move freely in any diagonal direction. When capturing your opponent's pieces, you must take as many as possible. If a pawn reaches the farthest row from its owner, it becomes a queen.
