- Purchase land plots and buildings, launch businesses to generate income. - Gameplay is turn-based: after every turn, players receive a small sum of money. - Different businesses have varying income levels and earning periods. - Time conversion: 1 second in reality equals 1 day in the game. - Aim to amass the target amount of money before your opponent does. - Boost earnings by situating businesses in matching-color districts (business color must align with district color). - Certain businesses yield no income in incompatible districts. - Acquiring 5 or more plots in a single district grants ownership, enhancing income from all your district businesses. - Once half the blocks are sold, land, buildings, and upgrades cost 10 times more.
